TEN YEARS OF TEACHING YOGA
Yoga has proven to help stress relief, Pain relief, improve breathing and flexability, help people to manage their weight, improve circulation, and has many, many more health benefits, and the best thing about Yoga is, it is suitable for people of all ages and abilities.
Please check with Julie Shaw that the classes are running rather than just turn up. As there are some gaps in the timetable due to holidays etc.
What to wear: Light, loose comfortable clothing.
What to bring: You will need an exercise mat, Towel, also bring water to hydrate and a little blanket to keep warm during the deep relaxation section.
Please remember not to eat for 2 hours before the class begins.
Julie is a qualified Counsellor, Reiki Master and trained with the British Wheel of Yoga for her Diploma. She is a fully trained BIRTHLIGHT pre-natal and post-natal yoga teacher. She has completed a 2 year Buddhist Mindfulness therapy Diploma with the Karuna Institute, Devon.
Julie completed a weeks intensive training in Scaravelli inspired yoga in May 2014. This approach to Yoga now informs her teaching.
